I had a great experience with this company. Luis came out to take the measurements, and his crew later installed gutters all around the house. After the job was completed, we had a small misunderstanding about a downspout placement, but Luis personally came back and jump in with the crew and reinstalled it in the correct location. He’s a man of his word, very professional, and a former Army veteran. I’m very picky when it comes to work on my home, and I truly recommend this company for their excellent quality of work.
Great experience! We contacted 3 companies for estimates, and Luis, the owner of AquaWorks, came out the next day for a quote. We received a lower quote elsewhere, but Luis’s professionalism, kindness, and transparency made AquaWorks feel like the right choice. The gutters were installed just 2 days after the quote, and by the time the 3rd company called to schedule a walkthrough, we already had our gutters installed! 😂 Luis brought color samples and even pointed us to a nearby home with the copper color so we could see it in person before deciding. We’re so glad we chose it — it look AMAZING and so much better than we expected. He also helped us plan placement for rain barrels ahead of the install. Luis responded to my initial inquiry promptly and was at my door step, on time, the following day to give me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and got his measurements quickly and efficiently. He sent the bid the same day which included the diagram he drew up onsite. We signed electronically and were scheduled for install 2 days later. The install crew showed up on time and immediately got to work. They were even nice enough to remove an old antenna that was on the roof end.
